Integrated Health Technologies, Inc. (IHTC), Hillside, NJ, has entered into a three year agreement with Herbalife, Los Angeles, CA, through IHTC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Manhattan Drug Company, Inc. Manhattan Drug Company will manufacture and supply nutritional products for Herbalife, while Herbalife purchases certain quantities of products each year over the next three years.
